Shipping Rates
- We charge a flat rate for all domestic orders, based on the weight and destination of your purchase. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery at an additional cost, typically arriving within 1-3 business days.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the following business day.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer, and we will notify you of any significant delays.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services and will provide updates once international shipping is available.

Shipping Policy for Digital Products
- For digital products (such as eBooks or gift cards), delivery will be immediate via email after the payment is processed. No physical shipping charges apply.

Returns for Physical Products
At Tintico Coffee, we strive to offer the highest quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Procedure:
- Send us an email at tinticocolombiancoffee@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns of ground or whole bean coffee unless there is a defect with the product.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returns for Digital Products

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you must first return the original item following the return process, and then place a new order for the desired product.
