BROWNIES WITH TINTICO COFFEE

BROWNIES WITH TINTICO COFFEE is perfect to enjoy in a group or at any social gathering and occasion.

INGREDIENTS

• Two eggs (60 g)
• ¼ cup of cocoa (30 ml)
• ½ cup of Any flavor of “Tintico Coffee” (120 ml)
• 2 cups of sugar (480 g)
• 2 cups of flour (480 g)
• 1 cup of butter (180 g)
• one teaspoon vanilla (2.5 g)
• ½ cup of natural yogurt (120 g)
• one teaspoon baking powder (2.5 g)

PREPARATION

BROWNIES WITH TINTICO COFFEE: It can also be enjoyed occasionally as a snack, as long as there are no problems with taking sugar.

• To begin making this recipe, we let the butter melt in the microwave. Next, we add the cocoa and our delicious “Tintico Coffee” powder.

• Afterwards, we mix it with the sugar and flour and stir until we get a homogeneous dough.

• Next, we add the yogurt, yeast, eggs, and vanilla and stir until everything is well integrated into the mixture.

• To finish, we pour it onto a well-greased baking mold to prevent it from sticking once made.

• Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.

• Once ready, take it out and let it cool to room temperature before serving.
