PREPARATION
To prepare this “Tintico” Spiced Coffee, we start by heating the milk and adding the chai when it is almost boiling.
Then, we let the tea infuse for about 3 or 4 minutes.
• Meanwhile, we prepare a double “Tintico Coffee.” When it is ready, we strain the milk to remove any traces of tea and pour it over the coffee.
• Finally, we mix it well and sprinkle the cocoa on top.
